Overview
Eve's Kegel Hearts is a weighted kegel training set designed for those wanting to support pelvic floor strength over time. The set includes two silicone harnesses, a single and a double, along with four interchangeable weighted balls so you can begin gently and progress gradually.
Each heart-shaped harness holds the weights securely while allowing them to move freely inside, creating subtle sensation during wear. A flexible retrieval cord is included on each harness for simple, comfortable removal.
Made from body-safe silicone with ABS plastic weights, the set is waterproof, making it easy to incorporate into a bath or shower routine. This may suit anyone looking to build pelvic floor awareness and strength through a gradual, adjustable approach.
